It brings together researchers, regulators, SMEs, extension agents, farmer organisations, and development partners to exchange knowledge, harmonise regulatory approaches, and strengthen market pathways for safe, effective biological solutions. The platform provides a shared space for webinars, technical briefs, legal and market repositories, pilot demonstrations, and collaborative problem-solving across countries. By connecting evidence generation with practice, policy, and innovation, the BIO4SA Community of Practice supports coordinated action to accelerate farmer uptake, address regulatory bottlenecks, and build resilient, environmentally sustainable crop protection systems at scale.
