No unsolicited commercial advertising or product spam; product announcements should be agreed with admins.
Protect personal data: do not post identifiable personal data without consent
Keep messages concise; use threads for extended discussions.
Use English for the main threads; where other languages are used, provide a short English summary.
Ask before adding someone to email lists or other platforms.
Upload files to the repository (links allowed) and include short metadata (author, date, country, licence).
Follow moderators’ directions for webinars, repositories and collaborative calls; repeated serious breaches can lead to removal.
